The whos and whys
Take a keen cook with an insatiable appetite for chocolate, add an addiction to tasty (and usually sweet) stuff, spoon in a little
imagination (actually, you may as well spoon the whole box),
flambe it and you might get…Chinese takeout instead?
So, what am I?
-a declared food porn fan
-way too lazy to write regularly
-supporting the slow food movement (read that, verrry slow)
-also, I believe in seizing the moment. Yup, no calorie count here-
only really tasty stuff (hence the blog name). Release the butter!
I want to prove that cooking isn’t rocket science and even though some are better at it, anyone can make delicious stuff easily (if not always quick). Also, I want to show off, but hey, at least I’m honest ’bout it.
